Refund policy

Returns

We want you to love your order! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Gift wrapping services
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Final sale items

Damaged orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
